The Young Turks
Here is a quote by my favorite radio personality Cenk Uygur of "The Young Turks" which you can catch live online from 6-9 EST at http://www.theyoungturks.com If you catch it online you also get live video. Cenk has recently been seen as guest host on MSNBC with more and more regularity and I am thrilled for his success. Check them out online. They're hip and edgy and if you like them like I do I hope you will consider supporting them with a subscription. A subscription entitles you to the podcast so you don't have to sit in front of your computer and watch them. The LA times did a very nice piece on him which you can read HERE.
"Obama spent the first two years of his administration practicing political unilateral disarmament. He laid down his arms to reach out to Republicans, and they ripped his arms off and clubbed him over the head with them."

Officials Say U.S. Wiretaps Exceeded Law
The National Security Agency intercepted private e-mail messages and phone calls of Americans in recent months on a scale that went beyond the broad legal limits established by Congress last year, government officials said in recent interviews.
Several intelligence officials, as well as lawyers briefed about the matter, said the N.S.A. had been engaged in “overcollection” of domestic communications of Americans. They described the practice as significant and systemic, although one official said it was believed to have been unintentional.
