Easy Chicken Parmesan
1 14 oz jar spaghetti sauce
6 Tbs 100% grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
6 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves (1/2 lb)
1-1/2 cups shredded low moisture, part skim, mozzarella cheese.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Pour sauce into 13' x 9" x 2" baking dish. Carefully stir in 4 Tbsp (1/4 cup) of the Parmesan cheese. Add chicken; turn over to evenly coat both sides with sauce. Cover with foil.
Bake 30 minutes. Uncover.
Top with Mozzarella cheese and remaining 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese: continue baking 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
Serve over hot pasta with salad and garlic bread.
