1 cup light karo syrup
1 cup sugar
1-1/2 cups chunky peanut butter
6 cups Special K cereal
1 6 oz pkg chocolate chips
1 6 oz pkg butterscotch chips
Heat Karo Syrup w/sugar, stirring constantly until sugar is disolved.
Remove from heat and add peanut butter and blend well.
Add cereal and mix well.
Spread into 13" x 9" x 2" buttered pan.
Melt both kinds of chips together and pour on top.
Let cool and slice into bars.
