Thit Bo Sao Dau

1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsb ground black pepper
1 tsp corn starch
1 tsp veg oil
1# sirloin tips, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 onion thinly sliced
2 cups fresh green beans, washed and trimmed
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tsp soy sauce

In large mixing bowl, combine garlic, black pepper, cornstarch, 1 tsp veg oil. Add beef and mix well.

In large wok, heat 2 tblsp oil over high heat for 1 minute. Add meat, cook and stir 2 mins or until beef begins to brown. Transfer beef to larg bowl and set aside.

Heat remaining 1 tblsp oil in wok. Add onions; cook and stir until tender. Mix in green beans and add broth. Cover and reduce heat to medium. Simmer 4 minutes, or until beans are tender crisp. Stir in soy sauce and beef. Cook stiring constantly for 1 to 2 minutes.

Serve over hot rice.
