1 box Fudge Cake mix
1 small box choc pudding not instant
2 C milk
1/2 C chopped pecans
6 oz choc chips
Cool Whip
Place pudding and milk in saucepan and cook til it comes to a boil and slightly thickens.. Remove from heat and mix in dry cake mix. Stir well and pour into 9x9 buttered pan.
Sprinkle choc chips and pecans on top.
bake at 350 for 25- 30 mins.
Cool slightly and serve with cool whip.
