Action Item - McPalin Haikus: Vote for the Winner Now!

People For the American Way received thousands of creative, excellent haikus for our McPalin Haiku Hysteria contest -- many of them hilarious.

In the end, we chose 12 finalists that we thought captured the right feel by tying McCain and/or Palin to the Far Right or by tying a McCain-Palin victory to the consequences for the Supreme Court and the Constitution.

If you submitted a haiku that did not make the final round, please know that we probably thought it was great (the vast majority of them were!). There was a lot of internal deliberation, and finally, these are the 12 we agreed upon.

Now it's time for YOU to pick the winners.
