Combine 1 cup flour, 2/3 cup sugar, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 cup cocoa, 2/3 cup chopped pecans, 1 cup semisweet-chocolate chips, 1/2 cup heavy cream, and 1/4 cup butter; spread in a greased 1-1/2 qt. souffle dish. Combine 2/3 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa; sprinkle on top. Pour in 1-1/2 cups boiling water; bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve warm.
