Remaining plaintiff settles priest sex abuse case with Seattle's Catholic archdiocese

The remaining plaintiff in a priest sex abuse trial against the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Seattle has agreed to settle his case.

An attorney for the 44-year-old Auburn jewelry store manager said Wednesday that the settlement came after the diocese put a deadline on its offer and some jurors raised questions about the abuse. The plaintiff will get $700,000.
