New Homebuyer Credit provides $8,000 to first-time homebuyers purchasing a principal residence during 2009. Click here for more information.
The Federal Housing Authority (FHA) Secure Program was created to help prevent homeowners from losing their homes through foreclosure. This program offers FHA Secure mortgages to people who qualify. Click here for more information.
The HOPE NOW Alliance is a cooperative effort between the U.S. government and other entities to assist at-risk homeowners who may not be able to pay their mortgages.
