I'm going to go look at four properties today. The link is imbeded in the photo's so you can have a tour of them if you'd like. After that I'm off to the Jazz and Rib Fest to enjoy some ribs and to see Mindi Abair
i see the folks in your area have been watching the hgtv channel :) i like the first one for victorianesque feel but the bathroom has a more asian feel than victorian. i like the second house's view the best :) all are very nice.
The first one is very nice. The wood is beautiful and inviting...however dark wood floors show EVERYTHING and I have dogs. The second one is also very nice. Big concrete porch in front - nice and airy. I have concerns about the locale. Borders a bad area but I think I'm going to give it another look. I really like the third one. A very spacious and well maintained condo very open and light filled. LOVE the last house (with the exception of the paint colors - purple kitchen? yeck!) The taxes on it though are very high....almost $5000 a year. I pay $1800 a year now!!!!!
