This is interesting. My brother-in-law is raising his son's child. The little girl, now 12, doesn't know that her "parents" are really her Grand parents. The son was deep into drugs and alcohol and the mother of the child died at childbirth. The son allowed his father to raise the child. Now, my brother-in-law has seen his son. He is older now and 5 years sober. They are discussing the predicament of the child not knowing that her "dad" is her Grand father. Weird deal. I was interested in finding out about this book as a friend of mine has a weekly post on her blog called, "Sleeping with Bread" I wondered if it had the same type of theme, you know, bread and toast. Oh well, hope all is good with you.
