You can expect to receive your 2010 Census forms in the mail no later than Wednesday. They're being mailed out all across the country starting today. On the form will be 10 questions, asking for simple information such as your name, telephone number, age and address.
The census dates back to 1790 when it was first introduced to divvy up congressional seats. It's still used for that purpose today, but, lawmakers are especially concerned about the greater financial impact of this census.
More than 400 billion dollars are at stake. The greater the population and census return, the more money cities and states will receive.
