I always hate turning on the big oven to cook a small item for myself such as a couple of cookies. A coworker convinced me that a counter top oven was worth the investment so I picked this up for a steal ($95). It is not only an oven but a convection oven as well and can be used as a Rotisserie. The top can be used to keep things warm.
