Chocolate Pecan Pie

What's even better than a piping hot pecan pie? A piping hot pecan CHOCOLATE pie!
Ingredients

* 1 9 inch pie crust
* 3 eggs, slightly beaten
* 1 cup Karo light or dark corn syrup
* 1/2 cup sugar
* 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
* 2 tablespoons butter
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
* 1 1/2 cups pecans

Instructions

1. Combine eggs, corn syrup, sugar, chocolate, butter and vanilla until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust.

2. Bake in 350 degrees F oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool before serving.
