This could make come true predictions that Apple will surpass Exxon this year as the world’s most valuable company: TechCrunch says Apple could be releasing the iPad 3 this fall, even though the iPad 2 hasn’t even come out yet, and still won’t for several weeks. TechCrunch says it has heard Apple is planning a “big fall surprise” and that more recently it has heard from sources this surprise is the iPad 3. Specs on the soon-to-be-released indicate that it is mostly an upgrade, not a reinvention, of the first-generation iPad.
