A 3-year-old who received hospital treatment has been called Britain’s “youngest alcoholic” by the National Health Service. The NHS says it treated 13 children under the age of 12 for alcoholism between 2008 and 2010. The service did not release any additional information about the 3-year-old, citing privacy concerns.
