Lunch from my garden - an updated tomato sandwich!

Sliced tomato, salt and pepper and fresh basil on a whole wheat tortilla

Covered tomatoes with low fat mozzarella cheese.

Left it open and popped in oven at 350.  When cheese was melted, I folded in half and let bake for a couple minutes more.  Came out crispy and very flavorful.
