Dr Oz's Road to Wellness- Work it Out

Do weight-bearing exercises (like squats or jumping jacks) to build bone and decrease your chances of developing osteoporisis.

Increase your metablolism with two or three 30-minutes strength-training sessions a week. Choose exercises like sit-ups, lunges, and planks.

Maintain a waist size of 35 inches or less with moderate-intensity cardio activities like walking or jogging; you'll lower your risk of heart disease, diabetes, and high cholseterol.

Consider taking up yoga, which offers a host of benefits, especially after menopause.
