Chicken & Citrus Salad

My sisters and I go out to eat once a month and try to go someplace we've never been before. We take turns choosing the restauraunt. Last night was my turn to pick and I chose a very popular local haunt called The Bexley Monk. Located in the city of Bexley, the restaurant is named for the famous French monk Dom Perignon who is credited with having perfected the process by which fine Champagne is produced. One of the salads is called The Christopher Inn Salad, which I ordered and it is very similar to this salad which I absolutely love.

4 cups each baby spinach leaves and mixed salad greens
2 cups sliced strawberries
1 can (15 oz) mandarin orange segments, drained
8 oz sugar snap peas, halved
1 pkg (6 oz) Louis Rich Oven Roasted Chicken Breast Cuts
1/2 cup pecan halves, toasted
1/2 cup Kraft Light Raspberry Vinaigrette Reduced Fat Dressing
Purple onion - sliced into thin rings

Toss all ingredients in large bowl. Spoon onto 4 serving plates.
