This "blissful place" thing came from one of my co-workers at my prior job. It was well known that I consciously made an effort not to let people and events affect how I felt at any moment - and anytime anything stressful came up in the office (which was minute by minute which is why I changed jobs) this girl, Debbie would always look at me and say "Go to your blissful place." So, I took that idea and decided to put a face on it!
