Do you think the world will be a better or a worse place 100 years from now?
I tend to be rather cynical about the possibilities for our planet and the people which inhabit it.
I think for the hundreds of years mankind has already been present on the earth - we haven't evolved much. Not much has been learned from past horrors - more horrors are constantly being perpetuated upon the weak and powerless. There is more violence, more greed more suffering.... The world seems to be spinning out of control. This is not to say the world is not populated with good people.....it is to say that those in positions of power don't act with the peoples interests in mind. They act to further and protect their own interests. That is true even in our own country, of our own government. I think as time goes forward countries will be fighting for the dwindling resources of the planet.
