An enjoyable 'House' narrows it down to the 'Final Four'

What terrific fun "House" (8 p.m., Tuesday, WFLD-Ch. 32) has been this season.

I know there’s been grousing in some quarters about how radically the show has shaken itself up this season. There are new doctors aplenty competing for a few prized slots as the much-abused assistants of the brilliant Dr. Gregory House (the always impeccable and fascinating Hugh Laurie).

But I find the new additions have invigorated the Fox drama. I give full credit to the show’s writers for realizing “House” could well have fallen into a fourth-season rut if no dramatic changes had been made.
