Looks like the entire website address for the houses I'm looking at today won't wrap on twitter. So, if you go here http://www.promediaohio.com/show286/ I am going to be looking at #3, #16, #40. #3 I'm thinking is too big for me....trying to downsize but the price makes it worth a look. Up front I don't like the homes that close together. I really love #16 but am not crazy about the area which is reflected in the price plus the garage is detached which is a safety thing for me. #40 although nice, I don't know if I can be in an attached condo hearing people through the walls. I have the dogs who are used to a yard.

ahh- you are house hunting too ;) i haven't really told many folks that we are in the process of buying a house too. we spent our sundays looking for open houses and we happened upon this one:

there isn't a video and the pics leave much to be desired- but it's a corner lot with a nice back yard and deck- and the front yard isn't bad either. split level quiet neighborhood. sale pending is us :) fingers crossed as we are in negotiations over price and whatnot.
as for you houses, i do like #3 also- and if it wasn't a condo- i really like #40- but i know what you mean about being on top of each other and wanting a bit of space. where we live now has no back yard and a postage stamp in the front.
