I have read some of his stuff before. He wrote a small guide to walking in the same vane as this eating style. Just doing it and being mindful of what you are doing.
Thanks for posting this article. I'll put some effort into reading more of his stuff again as a way to motivate and inspire me. I have been struggling to do good things for myself lately.
Also, I have a book called The Tao of Eating, by Linda Harper. She's a doctor. It was geared towards a woman, but the idea of slowing down and thinking about the actual act of putting the fork into your mouth crosses amy gender gap.
And I now remember that I once signed up for a retreat at Plum Village, but never went. I was still in the old mindset back then. I wonder if it might do me some good now. I'll check it out and let you know what happens.
