One of the women who works for me sent me this....
1 Lb ground beef and chopped onion
1 16oz Salsa ( hotness you choice )
1 11oz Freshlike can corn w/peppers
1 1/2 C. water
1 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 C. Instant rice ( uncooked )
2 C.shreeded cheese ( mexican )
Brown beef and drain. Stir in salsa,corn,water and chili powder. Bring to boil.
Stir in rice. Cover . Remove from heat. let stand 5 to 7 min. until water absorbed. Fluff with fork. Stir in cheese. Cover let stand until cheese melted.
This is so EASY and heats up well so I always make extra.
