This light and easy lemon jello cake is perfect for picnics and summer parties. The moist cake is topped with a sweet lemon glaze and is perfect served with fresh berries.

Ingredients
* 1 package lemon cake mix
* 1 cup boiling water
* 1 package lemon jello
* 4 eggs
* 3/4 cup oil
* 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon extract
* 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
* 1/2 cup lemon juice
Instructions
1. Dissolve lemon jello in boiling water.
2. Add oil to lemon cake mix. Add eggs, one at a time. Add jello and lemon extract. Mix well. Bake in a 9"x13" pan at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes.
3. Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice to a pourable consistency. While cake is still warm, prick the top with a fork and drizzle the glaze all over.
