Tomato and Basil Flatbread Pizza (Cooking for 2)


You’ll want to always have the ingredients for this personal pizza on hand.

Start to Finish:10 min
makes:2 pizzas





2 tablespoons pesto sauce
2 flatbreads or pitas, each about 7 inches across
1 tomato, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1. Heat oven to 425°F.

2. Spread pesto on bread. Add a layer of tomato and a layer of basil. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake for 7 minutes, or until cheese is golden and melted.
