The sweet taste of peaches and raspberries come together for this flavor explosion known as peach and raspberry cobbler. This fresh peach cobbler recipe is made with a cornucopia of tasty ingredients that will leave you and your guests completely satisfied.

Ingredients
* 4 cups peaches, pitted and sliced
* 2 cups raspberries
* 2 tablespoons lemon juice
* 1/4 cup granulated sugar
* 2 tablespoons flour
* 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
* 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
* 1/3 cup granulated sugar
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 tablespoon baking soda
* 1 pinch salt
* 3 tablespoons butter, cubed
* 2/3 cup buttermilk
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
1. In bowl, toss together peaches, raspberries and lemon juice.
2. Biscuit Topping: In bowl stir together flour, 1/4 cup of the sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
3. Using pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in butter until crumbly.
4. Pour in buttermilk and vanilla, stir with fork until soft dough forms.
5. Turn out on to floured surface, pat to 1/2-inch thickness.
6. Using round cookie cutter, cut into rounds, rerolling scraps once.
7. Arrange over fruit and sprinkle with sugar.
8. Bake in 375 F oven for about 35 minutes or until bubbly and biscuits are golden on top and firm underneath.
