If you love hot chocolate....you will love this. It is simply divine. Very rich though. You might want to start with 4oz chocolate chips. Good with both semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips.
8 oz of heavy cream and 8 oz of milk. Once simmering on low add 8 oz choc chips. Turn heat off. Once chips are melted its done! Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon .
