Impossible Buttermilk Pie

Serves: 6

Ingredients
•1 1/2 cups sugar
•1 cup buttermilk
•1/2 cup Bisquick
•1/3 cup butter, melted
•1 teaspoon vanilla
•3 eggs

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Grease pie plate.

3. Beat all ingredients until smooth (30 seconds in the blender on high, or 1 minute with hand beater). Pour into pie plate.

4. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.

5. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit, if desired.
