Mozzarella, Salami, and Green Olive Salad

3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
kosher salt and black pepper
1 head red leaf lettuce, torn
8 ounces fresh mozzarella, torn into bite-size pieces
4 ounces salami, chopped
1/4 small red onion, sliced
1/4 cup pitted green olives, halved

1.Whisk together the oil, vinegar, and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Add the lettuce, mozzarella, salami, onion, and olives and toss to combine.
