Today's Quote

We're so mentally trained to always want more, we start to lose the ability to enjoy what we have. Today let's focus on the mental and emotional power of appreciation. Let's name things..."I really appreciate that book" and then allow yourself to feel it..."I really appreciate my home" and then allow yourself to feel it...I really appreciate this relationship, and so forth.

Remember: What we appreciate APPRECIATES!
