White Trash Casserole

There's nothing trashy about this White Trash Casserole. It's a tater tot casserole recipe that stands above all the rest you've had. A hearty mixture of ground turkey and vegetables is topped with a layer of tater tots in this lightened up version of the family favorite. Using sweet potato tater tots adds a touch of sweetness that goes great with the flavor of meat and vegetables. What's even better, this casserole recipe is budget-friendly!
