30 Days to a Simpler Life: Day 3 continued...

Can we really know when something - a possession, an activity, a person - will complicate our life?  We can because our mind fills with doubts when a complication arises.  Tune into your inner voice and listen to what it says:

• When in doubt, don't buy it.
• When in doubt, don't rescue it.
• When in doubt, don't eat it.
• When in doubt, don't marry him.
• When in doubt, don't join it.
• When in doubt, don't subscribe to it.
• When in doubt, don't volunteer for it.
• When in doubt, don't have a child or get a pet.
• When in doubt, don't watch it or listen to it.
• When in doubt, throw it out.

If you listen to your inner doubts throughout your lifetime, you will save a tremendous amount of time, energy, and money.
