Light Pineapple Angel Lush Dessert
•1 can (20 oz.) Crushed Pineapple in Juice, undrained
•1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
•1 cup thawed Whipped Topping
•1pkg. (10 oz.) round angel food cake or 2 pkg. (5 oz. each) dessert shells (12 shells)
•2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries and raspberries)
Whisk pineapple and dry pudding mix until well blended. Fold in whipped topping.
Cut cake into 3 layers using a sawing motion and a serrated knife. Spread filling into each layer and on top of cake. Top with berries.
This makes for a super fast and easy way to wow guests in a pinch!
