- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1/4 cup honey
- Dash of ground red pepper (Cayenne)
Cook pecans, honey and pepper in skillet on medium high heat 4 min. or until mixture simmers and is foamy.
Spread onto greased baking sheet, separating slightly with fork; cool completely.
Serve in bowl for snacking or add to your favorite salad.
Makes 4 servings, 1/4 cup each.
