2 large avocados, ripe but not too soft
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons yellow onions, finely chopped
4 tablespoons tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced (to taste)
garlic salt to taste
Flavor top: Taste as you go to find your personal preference.
1. Chop yellow onions, jalapeno(s), and tomatoes. Set aside. Chop Avocados.
2. Using your mortar and pestle or as Madre likes to use, a sturdy fork, mash your avocado.
3. Combine yellow onions, jalapenos and tomatoes with the avocado.
4. Once well combined, serve up alongside tasty tortilla chips
