Turkey Sandwich With Cream Cheese and Bacon

Serves 1
preparation : 10 minutes   
cooking : 10 minutes  

1 1/2 ounces bacon (3 slices) 
2 slices raisin-walnut bread, lightly toasted 
2 tablespoons chive cream cheese 
3 ounces roasted turkey, thinly sliced

1.In a medium skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crisp, 6 to 8 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.

2.Spread the bread with the cream cheese. Form a sandwich with the turkey and bacon.
