Barbecue Pork Sandwiches

Serves 4 
preparation - 10 minutes
cooking - 30 minutes  

1 1 1/4-pound pork tenderloin, cut crosswise into 4 pieces 
1/2 cup barbecue sauce 
1 tablespoon cider vinegar 
4 hamburger buns, split 
coleslaw, dill pickles, and potato chips for serving

1.Place the pork, barbecue sauce, vinegar, and ¼ cup water in a medium saucepan and simmer, covered, until fork-tender, 18 to 20 minutes.
2.Shred the meat and serve on buns with coleslaw, pickles, and potato chips.
