VERY Easy Broccoli Chowder

This is a very easy recipe when you want something satisfying in a hurry.

Ingredients:
1 pkg (5.25 oz) Betty Crocker Au Gratin Potatoes
2 Cups Milk
1/2 cup drained or frozen thawed corn
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 cans (14 oz each) chicken broth
1 10oz pkg frozen, chopped broccoli
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese (6 0z)

Heat potatoes, sauce mix and remaining ingredients EXCEPT cheese to boiling in 3qt or larger sauce pan over high heat stiring occassionally and breaking up broccoli w/fork.

Reduce heaat, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stiring occassionally until potatoes are tender.

Stir in cheese. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stiring occassionally just until cheese is melted.

*You can use spinach instead of broccoli.*
