Pineapple Pretzel Dessert
2 cups pretzels, crushed
1/2 cup butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
8 oz non-dairy whipped topping
20 oz can crushed pineapple
3.5 oz package instant vanilla pudding
1.Preheat oven to 350° F.
2.While oven is heating, crush pretzels (either by hand or pulsed in food processor). Pour into bottom of 13x9 baking dish. Pour melted butter over top of pretzels, smooth surface. Bake 10 minutes and remove from oven.
3.With electric mixer mix together cream cheese and sugar until blended. Fold in whipped topping.
4.Spread over top of pretzel base.
5.In bowl combine crushed pineapple and vanilla instant pudding. Spread over cream cheese layer of dessert.
6.Cool thoroughly prior to serving and refrigerate any remaining portions.
