3 easy fruit crisps

Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes; serve with vanilla ice cream. Each one serves 6.

Magno-Blackberry Crisp
  • Toss together in an 8" square dish: 3-1/2 cups (2-1/2 lbs) diced mango, 2 cups (12 oz.) blackberries, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 3 Tbs flour, and 1 Tbs lime zest.
  • Top with combination of: 3 Tbs yellow cornmeal, 3 Tbs brown sugar, 1/2 cup chopped pecans, and 3 Tbs butter
Pear-Ginger Crisp
  • Toss together in an 8" square dish: 5 cups (2-1/2 lbs) peeled and sliced pears, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 3 Tbs flour, and 2 Tbs minced, crystallized ginger
  • Top with combination of: 1 cup granola, 3 Tbs butter, and 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Blueberry-Plum Crisp
  • Toss together in an 8" square dish: 2-1/4 cups (12 oz) blueberries, 2-1/2 cups (1 lb) sliced plums, 1/3 cup sugar, 3 Tbs flour, and 1 Tbs lemon zest
  • Top with combination of: 1/2 cup oats, 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds, 2 Tbs brown sugar, and 3 Tbs butter
