An uneventful week for the most part. I'm tired of working my ass off for my present employer - once again not much to choose from in the classifieds. I just have to trust that I am where I am supposed to be right now. Thursday night I left the office at 8PM - was really pissed off about it because I wanted to wash my car (The Passat) after work because the end of lease inspection for it was Friday. They were scheduled to arrive between 9AM and 1PM. So although I had taken Friday off of work for this inspection (which as to last 45 minutes to an hour and which would include a test drive of the vehicle) I had to get up at 7AM to go wash the car.
The inspector showed up at about 11:30 - spent all of 5 minutes looking at the car. He started it - but didn't drive it. He had me "sign here" and said I'd hear from the bank on Tuesday about how/where to turn it in. So.....one major stressor behind me....well, actually two. I got a new car and have had the old one inspected. After I turn it in and resolve the final bill I can move on to other life sucking items like changing cable companies/phone service and internet providers!!!!!!!!!!
We've had a couple days of beautiful weather. Sunny and in the sixties. Tomorrow it's supposed to get near 70. Will look nice from the windows at the office I'm sure.
It's March Madness Baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ohio State not only won the conference championship out right but they also won the Big Ten Tournament today and a #1 seed for the NCAA Tournament. Now I have two full weekends of college hoops coming up and I am pumped. For all you soap opera folks - be advised that Thursday and Friday basketball will be on CBS all afternoon - so get your whining out of the way now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That's all from my world. It's already 8:30PM since we went on the daylight savings time today (SUCKS) and I must run to the grocery, fill up the Honda and get ready for a week of work. Thank God I have a job! Love to all.

Things seem to be ticking over nicely for you…
We've had better weather recently — no wind, little rain, some sun and temperatures 10-12°C (that's 48-51 in old money).
Enjoy your basketball — I assume that's the sport — me, I'd rather see a film. [grin]
Wish I had a job just now…
Yes College Basketball - I LOVE it!! Only sport I watch and I sooooo look forward to the tournaments....because you never know who will be upset AND it means that spring is almost here.
I'd gladly give you my job!
