Garlic-Herb-Crusted Roast Beef

Combine 8 minced garlic cloves, 1 Tbs minced rosemary, 1 Tbs minced thyme, 1-1/2 Tbs kosher salt, and 2 tsp freshly ground pepper; coat a 4lb boneless top loin roast with mixture. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes; lower over to 350 and roast 65 minutes for medium rare or to desired doneness.
