Looks like you’re not the only one hitting the booze to soothe post-holiday blues. An American Eagle pilot preparing for liftoff was arrested Friday after failing a blood-alcohol test at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. Spokesman Patrick Hogan said witnesses found the pilot smelling of alcohol before getting on the plane, leading officers to board and conduct a Breathalyzer test. The American Eagle flight was headed to La Guardia Airport in New York City, but the passengers had yet to board. The pilot has been suspended pending an investigation.
